Artificial Intelligence (AI) and more specifically ChatGPT continues to be all the rage. I recently asked the chatbot to show me what it could do.Here is its answer when I asked ChatGPT to explain itself:
“ChatGPT is an AI chatbot created by OpenAI that was trained on a massive dataset of text to generate human-like responses to prompts. It was released in November 2022 and has been all the rage since then. ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that allows you to have human-like conversations and much more with the chatbot. The language model can answer questions and assist you with tasks like composing emails, essays, and code. ChatGPT is an algorithmic AI chat system trained on a massive collection of internet-based resources…”
I interrupted that response to fine tune the question, this time asking the chatbot to write an explanation of ChatGPT in terms that school-age children were more likely to understand:
